Joseph Stringer is a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor with Anderson Insurance Associates. As an Independent Insurance Broker, he writes about insurance issues, especially those concerning coastal insurance exposures. From the standpoint of Risk Management, Stringer writes about the overall risk exposures we have in the Charleston area. He is the coordinator of the Charleston County Emergency Management Departments ESF-24 Business Hotline.
